If your creature/animal is not growing:
Keep stepping. 🙂 Your creature/animal will eventually hatch or grow into a full grown creature/animal, once you hit your step goal.
I downloaded your clockface and it is already full-grown:
If your creature/animal is already full-grown this means you have already hit your step goal for the day. Your clockface will reset the next day until you hit your step goal.
